The AUR candidate for Mangalia City Hall, rejected by the court. Harsh reaction from the party. The list of advisers, opened by Mohammad Murad, is valid

The mayor of Mangalia, Cristian Radu and the local councilor Menabit Ozghiun contested the candidacy of the AUR representative, Trușcă Cosmin Vasile.

The court ruled in favor of the appellants, both on the merits of the issue and after the declared appeal.

Thus, AUR will not have a candidate for the position of mayor of Mangalia.

The AUR had a strong reaction following this court decision and asks the city residents who want change in the public administration to vote for the AUR list for the Mangalia Local Council opened by Dr. Mohammad Murad.

Here is the message from AUR:

“Mangalia has been transformed into its own estate by the PNL and the mayor Radu Cristian, one where nothing moves without their approval. As in the case of all local PNL barons – smaller or larger – and in the case of mayor Radu Cristian, staying in power was done by resorting to all kinds of messes to eliminate electoral competitors.

The current mayor, together with the entire Penelist gang from Mangalia, put pressure, intoxicated the public space and used all the levers at their disposal, including institutional ones, to ensure the perpetuation of power this year as well. They used the same old political techniques to eliminate their competitors and ensure that nothing stood in their way.

The political octopus from Mangalia obtained the invalidation of the candidacy of Cosmin Trușcă from the AUR for Mangalia City Hall, under the conditions that the Electoral Office had validated this candidacy. The current mayor Radu Cristian, hand in hand with Menabit Ozghiun, attacked the decision of the Electoral Office of Circumscription with the clear aim of eliminating a candidate who had the potential to end the Penelist rule in Mangalia.

Even if they obtained the invalidation of the AUR candidate for the Mangalia City Hall, having behind them the arrangements of the Mangalia Court, which gave effect to an invented complaint and without any foundation, our fight continues!

We appeal to all the city’s residents who really want change at the public administration level to vote for the AUR list for the Mangalia City Council opened by Dr. Mohammad Murad, Dr. Dan-Nicolae Lefter and Cosmin Trușca.

We are fighting to the end to do justice for Mangalia, to rid the city of this corrupt regime of the PNL and to restore hope to its inhabitants!”.
