A road accident with 4 victims occurred, on Wednesday, on Ştefan cel Mare street in the municipality of Roman, informed the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) Neamţ.
The driver of a car was found in cardio-respiratory arrest, and the doctors started resuscitation maneuvers.
“The road accident involved two cars with two people each. No one was imprisoned. A 64-year-old man, the driver of a car, was pulled out of the car by the firemen, who found that is in cardio-respiratory arrest. Resuscitation maneuvers were immediately started. A 61-year-old woman, a passenger in the same car, required medical attention, being picked up by the SMURD crew and transported to the Roman CPU.
Two other women aged 32 and 50 respectively, from the other car, received medical care at the scene of the event from the crews of the County Ambulance Service, later being transported to the Romanian CPU.
The traffic police are conducting investigations in a criminal case regarding the crime of bodily injury due to negligence, according to stirileprotv.ro
