A Ford Fiesta and an Audi A4 are the object of a new auction organized by the County Administration of Public Finances (AJFP) Gorj, through the Collection and Enforcement Service for Natural Persons.
The finances of Gorj will organize a new auction in order to try again to sell two cars belonging to individuals from the county. The procedure will take place after Easter, on May 9, at the headquarters in Târgu Jiu of AJFP Gorj, Siretului str., from 11:00 am. The two movable assets are not at the first auction, and their price now is a reduced one compared to the previous procedures when their sale was attempted. It is about: “Execution file: 19860, the 6th auction – Ford brand car, Fiesta model, year of manufacture 2004, functional, satisfactory wear and tear condition, starting price auction/evaluation – 2,750 lei (without VAT); Enforcement file: 11630, 2nd auction – Audi brand car, model A4, year of manufacture 2006, functional, unsatisfactory wear condition, shows multiple visible damages, starting price of auction/evaluation – 7,405 lei (without VAT)”.
“Those interested in buying the goods are invited to appear at the time of the sale at the place set for this purpose and to submit purchase offers until that time. To participate in the auction, bidders submit, at least one day before the auction date, the following documents: the application for participation in the auction and the purchase offer, completed according to Order no. 987/2020 – annex no. 11, to include the bank account in which the refund of the participation fee to the auction is requested, in case you were not declared the successful bidder; proof of the payment of the participation fee or the establishment of the guarantee in the form of a letter of guarantee, representing 10% of the starting price of the auction; the power of attorney of the person representing the bidder; for Romanian legal entities, a copy of the single registration certificate issued by the trade registry office; for foreign legal entities, the act of registration translated into Romanian; for Romanian natural persons, copy of the identity document; for foreign natural persons, copy of the identity card/passport; the declaration on the bidder’s own responsibility certifying that he is not a person interposed with the debtor”, it is specified in the announcement posted on the ANAF website.
