The policemen from the Road Safety Service were alerted, on April 29, around 3:20 p.m., about the fact that a road accident occurred on DN 3, in the Valu lui Traian commune.
The policemen dispatched to the scene found that the impact occurred between two cars, driven by a 42-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman respectively.
Following the road accident, she was slightly injured.
The drivers were tested with the breathalyzer and the one provided, in order to establish the indications regarding the possible presence of psychoactive substances, the results being negative.
In the case, a criminal investigation file was drawn up for the commission of the crime of culpable bodily harm.
