AUR Timiş congratulates Dominic Fritz for returning a street to the citizens, razing an illegal construction of the gypsy clans, but is waiting for the excavators to reach the USR councilor, Aida Szilaghi.
It has a bad fight with the law, it has an illegally built building and a judicial decision in this regard, which says in black and white that that building should be abolished, but Aida is above the law… We’ll see until…
Until then, AUR Timiş asks the City Hall and Dominic Fritz to respect the law in this situation as well.
“We congratulate you for the great achievement of the past few days, through which you returned to the public domain a street that leads exclusively to the houses of the Cârpaci clan. By tearing down a fence and a gate, you won the name of hero of those who will applaud you frantically. However, the illegal building built by your party colleague and USR councilor, Aida Szilaghi, illegally built building, according to the final decision from which we quote below, has not yet fallen prey to the relentless bulldozer that leveled the fence of Cârpacil, the restaurants of the “underworlds” or the sports canoeing clubs on the banks of the Begai… athletes you left without bases and training possibilities after more than 100 years of tradition.
Consequently and based on law 544/2001 regarding access to public information, we request the mayor Fritz Samuel Dominic to notify us within the legal term of 10 days, when the demolition of the illegal construction carried out by USR Szilagji Aida is scheduled, an illegality found by the courts yet from the year 2022.

Rejects the appeals filed by the appellants-defendants MUNICIPALITY OF TIMIŞOARA, through the MAYOR, MAYOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIMIŞOARA, SZILAGY SORIN NICOLAE and SZILAGY AIDA-SORINA, against civil sentence no. 534/14.06.2022, issued in file no. 2158/30/2018, by the Timiş Court, in opposition to the respondents-plaintiffs PĀRVU COSMIN ALEXANDRU and PĀRVU MIHAELA LAVINIA.
