On Holy Saturday, a 12-year-old girl from Prundeni commune was reported missing. Details HERE. The policemen of the Prundeni Section, supported by the local authorities, as well as the girl’s relatives and local citizens, began the search. Unfortunately, these remained without results. Only on the second day of Easter (i.e., Monday, May 6, 2024), specific police investigations, based on the cooperation between the Police Inspectorates in the country, led to the hoped-for end of the search operations: the finding of the little girl.
Well, today, May 6, the representatives of the Vâlcea County Police Inspectorate informed us that the little girl was found within Brașov County. That is, several hundred kilometers away from her hometown (Prundeni commune).
Until now, we have not been able to find out the reasons why the little girl had arrived in Brașov county, nor the people who helped her in this dangerous attempt of hers to leave home without informing her parents and close relatives of the destination she wanted to go to. straight.
