The GOLD teller! Gigi Zamfir, the author of illegal recordings, the tool with which Florence attacks the town hall! – GorjOnline

“Let’s beat Marcel!”. Gigi Zamfir was presented under this childish urge by the coordinator of the AUR, Ionelia Priescu, at the time of his reception in the party. Priescu announced his candidacy for the position of mayor of Tg-Jiu Municipality and received assurances that Zamfir, together with his group of friends, all unemployed individuals, informers manipulated by certain political factions, would come with the animal artillery that she has it on the bearer, to help her in the electoral struggle. Moreover, as a reward, Zamfir was also promised a place on the party lists for the Local Council of Tg-Jiu Municipality, in the June 9 elections.

For about two or three years, since his real estate project failed, Gigi Zamfir got down to business seriously: he made numerous notifications, from the Romanian Presidential Administration, the SRI, the Public Ministry, and even the DNA and the Police, in connection with alleged illegalities of some real estate projects in Tg-Jiu.

Since the end of February, however, Zamfir has started to publish, in the online environment, irrelevant passages of some audio recordings, with various characters that he assimilates to clans, interest groups or the Real Estate Mafia. It is about fragments of some dialogues from which passages without legal value are extracted, most of the time, but which are interpreted as real “bombs” and presented as such.

It is curious that none of those illegally registered by Gigi Zamfir sued him or denounced him to the judicial bodies. In this context, there are speculations according to which at least two sets of recordings, whose protagonists were Ovidiu Nodea, the husband of Ramona Nodea, former public administrator of the Tg-Jiu municipality, respectively Răzvan Retezanu, the former chief architect of the municipality, were directed and were made with their consent.

Moreover, in the comments on Facebook that were posted on one of the recordings in which Ovidiu Nodea makes so-called “incendiary revelations”, his wife, Ramona Nodea, does not seem at all bothered by the fact that her husband was illegally recorded, but concerned about what the characters say about her.

Zamfir posted on Youtube, from a fake account “Emilia Achim”, several recordings, which he then assumed and posted on his Facebook account. For example, the recordings with Ovidiu Nodea seem to have been made in a public location, and the dialogue is unconventional, the husband of the former city manager of the Tg-Jiu municipality being willing to relate, in detail, some of his wife’s experiences from the time he was part of from the mayor’s specialized apparatus, but without providing credible arguments.

With Răzvan Retezeanu, the discussion seems extremely relaxed, and the former chief architect has episodes in which he laughs when he talks about some controversial aspects of the Urbanism activity. Retezeanu was detained for 24 hours, under the accusation of abuse of office, in connection with the authorization of a building in the municipality.

The former head of the Tg-Jiu Local Police, Florin Băluță, also appears in the recordings. In fact, a dialogue between him and a woman about a land deed extract is played, and Zamfir also appears in the discussion. Most likely, the registration is made right in the headquarters of the Tg-Jiu Local Police. The director of the Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity Office (OCPI) Gorj was also registered in the institution’s premises.

An official from the South West Oltenia Regional Construction Inspectorate was also recorded, when she explains to Zamfir the circuit of responses to the addresses formulated on the basis of the Law on free access to information of public interest, and Zamfir interprets that the institution is ” hand in hand with the real estate mafia from Tg-Jiu City Hall”.

In one of the records, the architect Corneliu Răducan Morega, former prefect of Gorj county, appears, and the title of the post places him in an unfavorable context.

Most of the records are posted with bombastic titles, as if they show obvious illegalities, and they directly target the mayor Marcel Romanescu or officials from the Tg-Jiu City Hall, but in the absence of additional arguments, these are just irrelevant slanders. In the current electoral context, however, everything that Zamfir “crocheted” is used as fighting tools by Ionelia Priescu, unable to present a candidate project.
