On March 28 this year, at 5:55 p.m., the police officers from the Road Bureau were alerted by calling 112 regarding the fact that a road accident occurred on Dorobantilor Boulevard.
From the first investigations, it emerged that a 30-year-old man from Brăila, while driving a car on Dorobantilor Boulevard, from Calea Galați towards Apollo Street, in front of a building, allegedly made a left turn in violation of the continuous double longitudinal marking, being hit by a motorcyclist, 17 years old from Brăila, who was traveling in the opposite direction.
As a result of the impact, the motorcyclist and the passenger on the motorcycle, a 15-year-old girl from Brăila, were injured, and they were transported to the hospital for medical care.
Both drivers were tested with the breathalyzer, the results were zero.
They have also been checked in the databases, having the right to drive validly.
In the case, a criminal file was drawn up in which the investigations are continued under the aspect of committing the crime of culpable bodily harm.
