Cristian, the man with whom she had had a relationship and was the father of two little girls aged two and four, took his own life by poisoning himself with liquid fertilizer, after killing his children in the same way, on a farm in Alboloduy .

After more than a week of pain, the young woman told her story and wanted to clarify the rumors that had spread about her life. “I don’t know what was in his head, but I’m sure he did it so that I would suffer,” said the young Romanian. “He knew that if he killed himself, I would live in peace with my girls,” she added. .

Alina fell in love with Cristian at 18, shortly after she became pregnant with her first daughter, Larisa, and that’s when the terror began. “It started with jealousy. It isolated me. He broke my phone so I couldn’t talk to my mother,” says Alina.

He then began hitting her and threatening to kill her several times, including the 4-year-old girl. Moreover, once when all three were in the car, the father made a gesture of crashing into a fountain.

Aware of the danger she was in, in 2022 Alina filed a complaint against the man and moved to a foster home from which she eventually left voluntarily. “I left because I felt pressured to do it. I didn’t feel protected. Every day they asked me if I found something to rent and when I was going to leave,” said the young woman.

Faced with the situation of living in a foreign country, not knowing the language well (which she could not learn due to isolation), without support and with two little girls, she decided to return to the children’s father. “I made this mistake because I was pushed by circumstances,” she explained. He made an effort to improve his relationship with the girls’ father.

“Even though he had a restraining order, I felt safer talking to him. He hurt me, but I didn’t think about me or him, I thought about my daughters’ happiness. He loved them very much and they loved him,” Alina recalls. Moreover, during the interview, she admitted that she gave the father opportunities to spend more time with his daughters, and that in a way she was the person she trusted the most because she never thought she could do them. bad.

At the same time, she admits that the only reason why Alina maintained this relationship with the girls’ father was for him to authorize her to take them to Romania. “I wanted to go to my country, but in court they told me that I can’t even leave Andalusia until the end of the trial (which was scheduled for April 10),” she explained.

So she tried to calm things down with her one-time partner so that he would allow her to take the girls to the country where her mother, Larisa and Elisa’s grandmother, lives, who has never met her granddaughters.

Now the 23-year-old said she does not feel able to leave the place where her daughters were buried. “Here are my girls,” she said. She still hasn’t felt strong enough to go back to the house where she lived with the little girls, because everything reminds her of them. She currently lives at a friend’s house and returns to the cemetery every night to light two candles in memory of her angels.

Except for the day of the tragic event and the painful funeral of the girls, Alina decided to manage without psychological help and stopped taking medication. “I want to move forward with my own strength,” she said in the interview with Toñi Moreno.

However, he admits that he has not come to terms with the loss: “I’m looking for the girls and I don’t accept that I can’t find them. I feel like something is broken and I can’t fix it.”

Ionel Cristian, a 34-year-old Romanian citizen, and his wife, Alina Florentina, were in the process of divorcing. The man had a restraining order after his wife denounced him for, but he had received the young mother’s consent to spend time with the children.

On Sunday, March 17, he took them and went with them to the farm where he lived, he gave them an insecticide to drink, he also drank and all three were found dead by Alina herself.
