Fatal accident, last night, in the town of Bujoreni, Vâlcea county. The driver of a TIR, a Bulgarian citizen, lost control of the steering wheel, hit a bridgehead and overturned on its side. After the extremely violent impact, the driver was imprisoned. He was taken unconscious from among the animals by the firemen.

The SMURD crews, who arrived at the scene, tried to save the man, but after several minutes of resuscitation, they had to declare him dead.
Fatal accident on the Oltului Valley, in Bujoreni
The accident took place in Bujoreni commune, and the Bulgarian driver was only 42 years old.
Since, after the accident, the TIR also leaked fuel onto the road, traffic was blocked in both directions until the road was cleared.
The police have started an investigation to determine how the road accident happened.
