I would say that an important asset for OPPO Reno11 F 5G is the display. It’s an AMOLED that displays over a billion colors, with a refresh rate of 120Hz and Full HD+ resolution (1080 x 2412 pixels). It occupies 93.4% of the front surface, a ratio that we rarely see even in the case of flagships. The edges around the display are ultra-narrow. We are talking about 1.47 mm in the case of the sides, respectively 2.37 mm in the case of the chin at the bottom.

The display is 6.7 inches, it is protected Panda Glass, and the brightness would reach 1100 nits in peak. The viewing angles are generous, and I had no problems with this phone even in direct sunlight. I would say that it pleases even gamers, being a flat display that doesn’t really allow you to accidentally touch the edges.

In the luxmeter test, I reached a value of 848 LUX units. That’s a good result for a midrange phone, as expected. We are on a par with models like Xiaomi 13 Pro, Nothing Phone (2), Motorola RAZR 40. We have a few models, especially flagships, but also Motorola Edge 40, HUAWEI nova 11 Pro, Honor Magic 6 Lite.

In the settings area we will find many adjustments for this screen. We have Dark Mode, the Eye Comfort option for the protection of the user’s eyes in case of prolonged use. We can adjust the color temperature, choose between “Vivid” or “Natural” modes, change the font and its size, and the refresh rate can be set to “Auto”, “Standard 60Hz” or even 120Hz, although I wouldn’t recommend it for conservation of energy.

The option also appears obviously Always On Display here, which can be customized to your liking.
