Spanish tennis player Paula Badosa beat young Russian Mirra Andreeva (WTA 40) by no means, 6-2, 6-3, on Tuesday in the first round of the WTA 1,000 tournament in Rome, equipped with total prizes of 4,791,105 euros.
Badosa, ranked 126th in the world, needed one hour and 34 minutes to win against her 17-year-old opponent.
In the second round, the Iberian will face the American Emma Navarro, seed number 21.
