The first victory in the play-off for Mioveni! Argesians can help Buzoians to promote
In round number 8 of the 2nd League play-off, CS Mioveni prevailed at home with a score of 3-1 in front of those from Csikszereda M. Ciuc.

Constantin Schumacher’s team achieves its first success in the play-offs, where it still remains in last position in the standings.
Remus Guțea’s double (min 7 and 18) and a penalty converted by Ștefan Blănaru (min 26) ensured a consistent advantage for the people of Arges since the break.
In the second half, the Chicuans also managed to score and reduce the difference, through Richard Jelena (min 64).
At the moment, Unirea Slobozia is the first team to secure direct promotion to the Superliga next season.
The result recorded between Mioveni and Csikszereda is in favor of Gloria Buzău. On Friday (May 3), Andrei Prepelita’s team could become the second team to directly promote to League 1, if the Buzoians manage to get at least one point at CSC Şelimbăr’s ground.
We remind you that Şelimbăr and Corvinul Hunedoara do not have the right to promotion, although they occupy eligible places at the moment.
This way, Csikszereda and Mioveni could reach the dam, but the people from Arges have some emotions regarding the possibility of fighting for promotion, in the context where there are speculations about licensing issues.
