Dan Țucu, the majority shareholder of Rapid, revealed, live, how he experienced the moment when Niculae was taken to the hearings. The owner of Giulești was called by the lawyer, who told him the situation in which the president of the club is involved.
“You remain perplexed when the lawyer calls you in the morning to tell you that Daniel Niculae is being questioned in a case involving firecrackers, smoke detectors, torches and so on. It was as if the idea of smokestacks and Parquet did not cross my mind. There were two people who went there, summoned him in a civilized way, and he’s still a suspect.

On another note, when I think of the Prosecutor’s Office, I think of criminal matters. If I put that one in jail, with the one who sells them, what are we going to do? If it’s about torches, smoke detectors, firecrackers, yes, I see them as absolutely illegal, yes, they should stop, I’m the first to be affected.
