With a market value of €1.1m, Kiki has turned down the offer to extend his contract which will expire this summer. Moreover, the international from Benin would have already agreed with a team from Bulgaria. Most likely, it would be Ludogorets, leader in the championship south of the Danube.

In August 2023, Budescu joined the sailors after parting with Petrolul Ploiești.
The 35-year-old veteran is no longer showing the same brilliance as he did in the regular season, where he scored 6 times and contributed 6 assists for the Lighthouse.
For comparison, in the last 4 matches he only collected 27 minutes, in the game with FCSB he was used at the end of the match, playing only 8 minutes.
The fans of the Romanian champion expressed their dissatisfaction with the attitude that the player shows on the playing field.
Quoted at 440,000 euros, Constantin Budescu will also leave the seaside group at the end of this season.
