Florin Piersic’s health is “slightly improved”, the doctors announce: “He is cooperative and eats by himself”

The state of health of Florin Piersic has improved “slightly” after the operation he underwent on Thursday on his knee, the doctors from Foișor Hospital in the Capital say. The actor is cooperative, eats and drinks liquids alone.

“Following this morning’s assessment, Mr. Florin Piersic’s health condition is slightly improved, with a slowly favorable evolution,” the representatives of the medical unit said.

According to doctors, the actor is cooperative and can feed himself.

“The postoperative critical period is 72h, on the first postoperative day the biological parameters related to inflammation have improved, the patient is afebrile, cooperative, feeds and drinks liquids alone,” they added.

The great actor was operated on Thursday at the Foișor Hospital to replace his leg prosthesis, which was the basis of the infection that spread. This prosthesis was replaced with a temporary one, made of cement and antibiotic, to be able to fight this infection.
