Tom Cruise, rare appearance with his adopted children. The actor has not been seen with Isabella and Connor for 15 years

Tom Cruise has appeared in a rare photo with his adopted children Isabella and Connor, marking their first public picture in 15 years. The photo, posted on Instagram by football player Derrick Brooks, shows the three at a hockey game that took place in December.

The ‘Top Gun’ star was spotted sitting next to his daughter Isabella, 31, and son Connor, 29. The photo was taken at a hockey game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Florida Panthers and published by Derrick Brooks on his Instagram account: “Good evening! Wow, look who stopped by my desk before tonight’s game! @tomcruise. I was a bit impressed with him, but it felt good when he told me that he felt the same”Brooks wrote in the photo’s description.

In the image, Connor can be seen standing on the right, wearing a cap, jeans and a white T-shirt under a blue vest, while the face of his sister Isabella can be seen in the middle of the group.

Tom Cruise adopted Isabella and Connor in 1990 with Nicole Kidman. The two actors separated in 2001, and although they initially maintained a close relationship with their two children, they decided over time to distance themselves from their adoptive mother due to their shared interest in Scientology with their father.

Tom also has a daughter, 18-year-old Suri Cruise, with his ex-wife Katie Holmes. The actor has not been part of his daughter’s life for more than 10 years, he refused to be with her even on the day she came of age, being busy with filming for the “Mission Impossible” series in London.

“Suri no longer recognizes Tom as a father. They haven’t spent time together in a decade. She doesn’t go to see his movies and he has no role in her life”, said someone close to the actor for the Daily Mail.

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise married in November 2006, just months after their daughter Suri was born. However, Katie filed for divorce from the famous actor in 2012, citing the desire to keep their daughter away from the Church of Scientology.
