Infinix officially debuts on the Romanian market

--

Infinix Mobility is part of the Transsion group, along with iTel and Tecno. A group with an accelerated evolution in the global smartphone market, where it managed to enter the top 5 in 2023. A top made according to the number of units sold by each manufacturer. From this portfolio, Infinix is the brand with the most attractive appearances, but also with a wider availability. So, after the official entry into Europe, the debut on the local market was only a matter of time.

The company’s phones are grouped into four families: Zero, Note, Hot and Smart. They try to cover as many budget segments as possible and implicitly as many performance areas as possible.

In Romania, Infinix debuts with five phones. Infinix Smart 8 has a price of 449 lei. The Infinix Hot 40i model comes in two memory configurations. The one with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory costs 599 lei. The one with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB storage comes with a price of 749 lei.

The next model is the Hot 40 Pro, with a selling price of 999 lei. Infinix Note 40 has a selling price of 1199 lei. I have left the most attractive model as well as technical specifications and implicitly the most expensive model at the end. It is about the Infinix Note 40 Pro, with a selling price of 1499 lei.

As can be seen, we have terminals on several price levels, but they stop short of reaching the high-end zone. I hope we will have the opportunity to test at least some of these appearances in the near future, to confirm that the price/performance ratio is attractive enough.
