ISJ Suceava approved the number of merit grades distributed by personnel categories and disciplines

The Administrative Council of the Suceava County School Inspectorate approved, on Wednesday, the number of merit grades distributed by staff categories and disciplines/fields in the pre-university education of the Suceava state, based on the decision of the joint committee, for the 2024 session.

According to the ISJ Suceava, for the 2024 session, 167 places were approved for teaching, management, guidance and control teaching staff, of which 20 for preschool teachers, 50 for primary education teachers, 21 for management, guidance and control, 14 for technical disciplines-engineering, 7 for the Romanian language/ Latin language discipline, 6 each for the mathematical discipline and for special education, 4 each for the English, French languages, but also for the Physical Education discipline, 3 each for Plastic Arts, Education musical, Technological Education and CJRAE-school counselors, 2 each for the subjects of Informatics, Physics, Biology, CSS/LPS and Technical Disciplines-master instructors, and one place each for the subjects German Language, Ukrainian Language, History, Socio-humanities, Social Education , Religion, Geography, Chemistry and for teaching staff from the Palace and Children’s Clubs.

It should be noted that no places were approved for the didactic-auxiliary staff for the competition for awarding merit grades in the 2024 session.

ISJ Suceava specified that the minimum score assessed for awarding the merit grade is 75 points both for the teaching, management, guidance and control teaching staff, as well as for the auxiliary teaching staff.

According to the timetable for the competition for awarding merit grades, the period for submission of files by candidates to the secretariats of educational units is between May 13 and 21, 2024, in the case of the Children’s Palaces, the submission of files containing the documents regarding the candidates’ activity is carried out on the 22nd and May 23. The analysis of the files by the school inspector who coordinates the discipline, the evaluation of the report on the candidate’s activity in the specialty, the verification of the files and the awarding of scores by the evaluation committee of the files submitted in order to award the merit grade, the approval of the list of scores awarded following the evaluation within the Board of Administration of the ISJ Suceava and the display of this list on the notice board and on the inspectorate’s website are planned for the interval May 24-June 12, 2024.

The submission of appeals, as well as the determination of the number of merit grades that can be redistributed, is carried out between June 13-14.

The issuance of the order of the Minister of Education for the approval of the lists of teaching staff in state pre-university education who benefit from merit grading is carried out until August 9, 2024.
