The “D’ale Porcului” Bihor team will (re)present Transylvanian traditions of pork preparation at the biggest BBQ festival in Europe.
GRILLFEST 2024 takes place at Lagoo Snagov, on May 10-12, and will also host on its stage the demonstration “Povesti D’ale Porcului”.
“Of course, we will use Romanian pork, raised in Romania with Romanian grains, from our gold partner COMTIM”, says Nicu Pop, director of the “D’ale Porcului” competition festival
The presentation of “Povești D’ale Porcului” will take place on Saturday, in the afternoon, according to the following schedule:
- “Pig Tales” Presentation
- Tasting of palinka, wine, beer – own brand “DOBORÂT” – Bihor
(Trămuța – Tulca plum cake, Bers Nova craft black beer – Borș and Darabont Familia rosé wine – Biharia)
- Tasting of (probably) the best sausages in Transylvania, produced by COMTIM
- Thematic contests, with prizes
