Florentina Luca Moise (independent candidate for Piatra Neamț City Hall and Piatra Neamț Local Council) announces that one of her projects as future mayor is the transformation of the city of Piatra Neamț into a university center. It wants to bring to Piatra Neamț more faculties of a prestigious university in Romania (state!) to create a university campus.
