According to clujust.ro, an economist from Cluj-Napoca blackmailed a former business partner of Arab origin with indecent pictures and videos.
The woman was sentenced to 2 years of suspended prison, 60 days of community service and must pay her former business partner 10,000 lei in moral damages.
“Actually bearing in mind that between 23.10.2021-16.11.2021, through the e-mail address…, but also through the WhatsApp application, using the phone number, RSK requested the injured person the sum of 150,000 euros, in contract case to make public, by distributing them to his family, to his friends, his business associates and to the authorities in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, several video clips and photos with explicit sexual content in which the injured person is captured with other women and even with his wife,” the documents submitted to the file state.
