The headquarters of the Vrancea County Ambulance Service (SAJ) will be rehabilitated, the amount calculated to be necessary for repairs being estimated between 58,000 and 65,000 lei. It is about the costs of current repairs, respectively the value of a contract put up for auction in this regard by SAJ Vrancea. With the amount put “at stake” the sanitization works of the walls and ceilings at the headquarters and the removal of the floors, followed by the installation of a parquet for heavy traffic at the headquarters, as well as the sanitization works of the walls and ceilings at the station in Panciu are to be carried out , here also work on lowering the ceilings will be carried out.
“Considering the continuous flow activities carried out at the central level, for the good performance of the TESA staff’s activity, in normal conditions of hygiene and health of all workers within the services and compartments operating in these building bodies, it is necessary to carry out the works technical-functional, as well as the sanitization of the interior walls that show traces of dirt and discoloration of the lime and the rehabilitation of the laminate parquet floors. Thus, it was decided to repair the walls and ceilings, paint them, remove the old, worn parquet and replace it with a new one for heavy traffic; repairing walls and ceilings, painting them, removing broken tiles and replacing them with a similar one”, it is explained in the specifications. And SAJ Vrancea wants all works to be carried out within 30 calendar days – from the date of signing the contract, and the builder to subsequently ensure a guarantee period of at least 24 calendar months.
