Mihai Eminescu City Hall – public procurement announcement

The municipality of Mihai Eminescu commune informs all the inhabitants of the commune that according to art. 2, paragraph (2) lit. d) from Law 98/2016, on public procurement, has the obligation to respect the principle of transparency in the course of public procurement. This principle obliges the public to be informed of all information related to the performance of the award procedure and allows public access to information on public contracts, which facilitates democratic control over administrative activity.

In this regard, anyone who is interested in the purchases that the Mihai Eminescu town hall has completed or is in progress, can find all the information both on the SEAP platform which is an electronic platform that ensures the transparency of the public procurement process and procedures, through which the town hall purchases goods and services necessary to carry out the activity or works for the administrative unit as well as on the official page of the Mihai Eminescu commune “comunamihaieminescu.ro“.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that all public purchases are carried out according to the budget and the list of investments approved by the Local Council of the Mihai Eminescu commune. Both the budget and all corrections as well as the investment lists are published in the Official Gazette, on the page “comunamihaieminescu.ro”.

The town hall of the commune carries out its activity in compliance with the relevant legislation, implicitly in compliance with the provisions of Law 52/2003 on decision-making transparency in public administration.
