Two men were jumped and detained by the police from Ilfov, after carrying out a violent settlement of accounts in Chiajna. The two tricked another 21-year-old man into meeting them in the area of ​​a local car service. Sources from the investigation say that the young man owed more than 40,000 euros to the two underlings.

Arriving at the car service area, the aggressors began to hit him with their fists, feet and a club. They then grabbed the victim, restrained her and took her inside the building where they continued to beat her. After leaving him on the verge of a coma, the thugs stole two mobile phones from the 21-year-old, as well as the key to his personal car.

Investigators from IPJ Ilfov descended on three addresses in the town on Wednesday morning and arrested the two. They were detained for 24 hours. The two aggressors are to be brought before a judge on Thursday, who will decide whether or not to place them in preventive detention for the next 30 days.

Both have criminal records for beating or other violence, illegal deprivation of liberty, blackmail and aggravated robbery. If found guilty, they risk years in prison.

Research shows that the two have a past full of violent acts.

One of the aggressors, accused in the past of murder

Nicolae Alexandru Iordan is one of the two aggressors. The locals know him as one of the leaders of the Jordan clan. He has a violent history, including a murder. In 2020, Alexandru Iordan killed his girlfriend in a fight, after she allegedly told him that she wanted to leave him.

The leaders of the Iordan clan also came to the attention of the authorities following the theft of weapons in 2010. Nicolae and Liviu Iordan allegedly took part in a break-in of proportions at the military unit in Ciorogârla. They then managed to get possession of several weapons, such as 3 Kalashnikov machine guns and 10 TT model pistols. The firearms were to be sold for the sum of almost 18,000 euros. At that time, several soldiers responsible for guarding those firearms were removed from their positions.
