5,509 people from the Bucharest – Ilfov region received emergency medical assistance during the May 1st and Easter mini-holidays

A number of 5,509 people from the Bucharest – Ilfov region received emergency medical assistance during the mini-holiday of May 1 and Easter, 479 of the requests being made only on Easter night, the general manager of the Emergency Service told AGERPRES on Sunday Bucharest-Ilfov Ambulance (SABIF), Alis Grasu.

The period considered is April 30, 7:00 p.m. – May 5, 8:00 a.m.

During this interval, 5,509 people benefited from SABIF services, of which 3,490 were code red or code yellow cases, explained Grasu.

SABIF employees provided medical assistance for 324 people in a public place.

In the night from Saturday to Sunday, when the Orthodox Christians celebrated the Resurrection of the Lord, 479 people received emergency medical assistance, 45 of them in a public place.

Of the 479 people who received emergency medical assistance, 363 were code red and code yellow cases, said Alis Grasu.
