According to the statements of the STPT driver, the scandal would have started after, at the station, he would not have opened the first door of the bus, but only the others. At that moment, a young man would have shown outrage and reacted with anger, would have cursed him and would have challenged him to get off the bus.

When he stepped out of the vehicle, the driver was punched until he fell to the ground and could not get up. The bully turned his back and left.

The violent scene was captured by surveillance cameras.

After the blows, the driver arrived at the hospital with a hip fracture, and the doctors operated on him and had to put a prosthesis on him.

The police immediately opened an investigation and searched for the other protagonist of the incident.

They managed to identify him.

“Following the checks carried out by the policemen of Timișoara Section 2, a young man, aged 24, was identified, suspected of committing the crime of hitting or other violent crimes.

Wanted since yesterday by the police and identified, the young man filmed during a violent incident with a bus driver was questioned at Section 2. After answering the police’s questions, the man was allowed to go home and no charges were taken against him no preventive measure.

The bus driver, still hospitalized, has 90 days to file a complaint against the young man.
