Minor irregularities, which can be remedied, were identified by the labor inspectors following the checks carried out at the car services in the county.
Between April 23 and 26, the Olt Territorial Labor Inspectorate carried out the National Campaign to verify the way in which the legal provisions regarding the conclusion and execution of individual employment contracts are respected, as well as the legal provisions regarding the minimum requirements for safety and health at work by employers which carries out its activity in the field of “motor vehicle maintenance and repair” – CAEN code 452.
In the field of labor relations, 11 controls were carried out, after which 7 non-conformities were found, for which remedial measures were ordered. “The most frequent deficiencies found in the field of labor relations: failure to transmit within the legal term the elements of the individual employment contract at the latest on the day before the start of the activity of the employees in question; non-compliance with the legal provisions regarding the record of working time and subjecting this record to the control of labor inspectors; failure to keep, at the workplace, copies of the individual employment contracts of the employees working in that workplace; not granting the increase for the work carried out on Saturdays and Sundays.”shows ITM Olt.
In the field of safety and health at work, 9 controls were carried out, as a result of which 10 non-conformities were found, for which remedial measures were ordered and 10 warnings were issued. ,,The most frequent deficiencies found in the field of safety and health at work: the lack of the provisions of the own safety and health at work instructions regarding the use of chemical substances from the topic of periodic training; lack of security signs; incomplete training in the field of safety and health at work.”explains the institution.
