Accident in Argeș: DrugTest positive driver crashed

A road accident occurred yesterday in Mioveni.
Two cars were involved in the road accident and, fortunately, the incident only resulted in material damage.

The policemen who intervened at the scene of the accident tested the two drivers with the DrugTest.
For one of the two drivers, namely a 32-year-old man from Mioveni, there were indications of the possible presence of a psychoactive substance.

“We note that this is not evidence in the criminal case, the person being taken to a medical unit, for the collection of biological samples of blood and urine, in order to accurately establish the consumption of prohibited substances.“, reports the Argeș Police.
In the case, a criminal file was drawn up according to art. 336 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code, and the right to drive was suspended, being issued a substitute proof without the right to drive.
