Florin Piersic is a reference name on the Romanian artistic scene, and the pension he receives may seem surprising to many of his admirers. Even so, the actor has a very small pension. Maria Dragomiroiu and Mirabela Dauer are in the same situation.

However, the pension he receives is far below the expectations of many. At the age of 87, Florin Piersic, a living legend of Romanian theater and film, receives a pension of only 2,000 lei from the Romanian state. This modest amount indicates an obvious discrepancy between his significant contribution to Romanian culture and film and the financial reward offered.

In addition to the state pension, the actor also receives a merit allowance from the Romanian Theater Union, worth 2,700 lei. However, the numbers remain below expectations for such a distinguished and prolific artist.

Florin Piersic’s merit and contribution to the history of Romanian film and theater were recognized and honored. In 2002, he was decorated with the national Order “Star of Romania” in the rank of Knight, a sign of appreciation and recognition of his lasting impact in the artistic field.

Mirabela Dauer, after a 58-year career in the world of music, faces a modest pension from the state. In a previous interview, the artist confessed that the monthly pension received does not exceed 1,000 lei, being only 760 lei.

However, despite the difficult financial situation, Mirabela Dauer stressed that she is aware that there are people in the country who receive even less, noting that although she loves her native country, she is disappointed with the economic situation.

Later, the artist declared that her pension was increased to 1,300 lei, and this is supplemented by a merit pension received from the period when Victor Ponta was prime minister of Romania. Although she did not reveal the exact amount of the merit pension, Mirabela Dauer emphasized the importance of this increase for her, noting that she was able to pay her medical expenses thanks to this pension, writes Antena 3 CNN.

After more than four decades of work in the world of popular music, Maria Dragomiroiu revealed that her state pension, a few years ago, was only 1,200 lei, an amount considered insufficient for a decent living. However, over time, the pension amount increased to 2,000 lei, but even this increase was not enough to ensure an adequate standard of living for the talented artist.

In a previous interview, Maria Dragomiroiu expressed her disappointment that, after a long and prolific career, her pension is still considered too small to live decently. She pointed out that although the amount of the pension has increased to about 2,000 lei, this is not enough to cover the daily needs of an artist.

However, despite the financial difficulties, Maria Dragomiroiu mentioned that she continues to pay taxes and supplement her income with the allowance she receives, which amounts to approximately 2,700 lei. She pointed out that many artists do not rely solely on these amounts to make a living, continuing to actively contribute to society through their work and paying taxes.
