A trafficker from Satu Mare hid until his deeds were prescribed! He escaped “as clean as a tear”

A drug dealer, domiciled in the Solidarității neighborhood in the municipality of Satu Mare, escaped criminal liability after the facts for which he was investigated and sent to court ran out of time. At the court date of 18.04.2024, in the absence of the defendant, but in the presence of the ex officio defense attorney, the case being in a state of trial, the prescription of the criminal liability of the defendant was invoked. The official defender of the defendant showed that he could not get in touch with him. This is no longer the case, because the individual got away with it.
