A trafficker from Satu Mare hid until his deeds were prescribed! He escaped “as clean as a tear”

A drug dealer, domiciled in the Solidarității neighborhood in the municipality of Satu Mare, escaped criminal liability after the facts for which he was investigated and sent to court ran out of time. The magistrates of the Satu Mare Court were forced TODAY to ascertain the prescription of the facts, in a file instrumented by the prosecutors of the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) Satu Mare.

According to PresaSM information, everything started after the Satmărean was caught on 19.11.2018 after procuring, transporting, handling and possessing, without the right, in order to put on the consumer market the quantity of 93.7 grams of substance containing 4F-MDMB-BINACA , being concealed in her underwear and found on her when she presented herself at the entry point into the country in PTF Petea, from the direction of Hungary.

On 17.01.2019, he sold the quantities of 162.7 grams of plant fragments and 153.7 grams of plant fragments to the investigator and police collaborator, on which the compound 4F-MDMB-BINACA and the amount of 55 ml of liquid (the equivalent of 46.9 grams) containing the compound 4F-MDMB-BINACA.

At the court date of 18.04.2024, in the absence of the defendant, but in the presence of the ex officio defense attorney, the case being in a state of trial, the prescription of the criminal liability of the defendant was invoked. The official defender of the defendant showed that he could not get in touch with him. This is no longer the case, because the individual got away with it.
