In any discussion, from any side of it, Cosmin Vasile – the current president of the Dolj County Council – leaves pole-position, for a new mandate as president in the local elections of June 9 this year. He will be elected by direct vote, as in the previous mandate. It has a good balance sheet, if not exceptional due to the large number of materialized projects and the acquired administrative scope.
