A 44-year-old woman wanted to smooth over a scandal and was beaten

On Wednesday, April 24, at around 6:00 p.m., the law enforcement officers were alerted to the fact that, on Clorului street in the municipality of Făgăraş, a conflict had taken place involving several people.
“Immediately, the police went to the indicated address where they found that what was reported was confirmed, 5 people were identified on the spot, including a 44-year-old woman, who showed visible signs of physical aggression, which is why she was transported to a medical unit, where she benefited from specialized care”stated Daniel Zontea, spokesperson of IPJ Braşov.
Following the investigations carried out, it was established that “on the mentioned date, following a spontaneous conflict, in which 4 young people, aged between 19 and 25, were involved, the injured person would have intervened in order to settle the altercation, a context in which she was allegedly physically assaulted by two of the young men”, according to the quoted source.
The two aggressors were held in custody for a period of 24 hours, and a criminal case was opened for the crime of “hitting and other violence”.
