Outrageous case in a kindergarten in Cugir. The caretaker of one of the groups was physically assaulted by the mother of a child, amid discussions related to the behavior of the woman’s little girl, writes Agerpres. Although the act happened last week, the police only announced on Thursday that they are investigating the case.

The physical aggression took place on Wednesday morning, right in the premises of a kindergarten in Cugir. A few hours later, the 36-year-old caretaker reported the woman to the Police.

“On April 17, 2024, around 3:15 p.m., the Cugir City Police was notified by a 36-year-old woman from Cugir, regarding the fact that she was assaulted by a person while she was at service, in the premises of a preschool education unit in Cugir. From the first investigations, it turned out that, on the morning of April 17, around 08:30, based on discussions with a 37-year-old woman from Cugir, related to her daughter’s behavior, the plaintiff, who is employed as a caretaker at the preschool education unit, was allegedly punched in the face”, the representatives of IPJ Alba reported on Thursday.

The police have opened a criminal case for hitting or other violence and are going to establish the circumstances in which the incident occurred.
