Arges Mall has something that makes you feel really good!

Rivers of ink flowed about Arges Mall, the commercial center that catapulted the Pitesti municipality to the top of the towns of interest in the entire country. This phenomenon, and I am not exaggerating when I call it that, is explainable: novelty always arouses curiosity, especially when it is intensively promoted on social networks.

Successful YouTubers and influencers appear on the scene or make all kinds of videos that target the natural desire of any of us: I want to see, I want to touch, I want to have. I want to feel good. And at Argeș Mall, I can tell you honestly, I felt really relaxed. An espresso, whether it was the third or the fourth, served in the exotic and chic Juba Coffee cafe, gave me the feeling that I was in another city.

Today was not about Strada Mare in Pitesti. Today I enjoyed the “strength” of a 100% original Arabica looking through the window of the cafe across the Argeș River. Three African girls, dressed in specific costumes, erased my doubts with their expansive smiles and gestures. It’s good, I say. It is no secret that hospitality contributes enormously to the success of such a business.

Meanwhile, I could see groups, groups of people gathering at the entrance, waiting for the fun and shopping to begin. As is usually the case with such events, as soon as the doors opened, people rushed into the complex. In a civilized way, I appreciate.

I felt only the joy and desire of people to explore something new, not at all the desperation of buying two drills for a third free. I make this clarification to dismantle some negative comments of certain individuals who watched on a monitor or phone screen what is happening at Argeș Mall.

Good people, in life we have to live, not just criticize and look for flaws in everything. I believe that the opening of Argeș Mall is one of the best things that happened in Pitesti in recent years, along with the reinvented Tulip Symphony in Lunca Argeșului park.

I feel that, now having Argeș Mall, the municipality of Pitesti has entered the ranks of interesting cities. When I write these lines, I remember that, 5-6 years ago, a comrade told me that he only saw Pitesti on the signpost on the highway, never being interested in visiting it. Well, now he has a good reason to come to our town.

Returning to the opening, I state that I really wanted to visit the shops recommended by friends. I give you Peek & Cloppenburg as an example. Until yesterday, many people were “raving” about this store considered top, with very good quality products: t-shirts, pants, shirts, wallets, bags, etc. Obviously, I went to convince myself.

I had a particularly pleasant welcome, in the person of a sociable and stylish lady manager. I then met the ladies and young ladies from the districts, professional and oriented to the client’s needs! Here, being interested in a wallet, one of the girls explained to me in a very personal way why a certain product would suit me, what were the disadvantages of another one I had my eyes on, and what she recommended. I always appreciate the honesty of a sales advisor who tells the truth: some clothing accessories are more durable, others less so.

Another example – Popeyes, a restaurant that, honestly, I hadn’t even heard of until the other day. What convinced me was, again, the quality of the products and the hospitality of the employees. The recipe for success worked: no sooner had the mall opened than there were already huge queues for Popeyes’ delicious chicken dishes. It’s true, and the rest of the restaurants in the food court area were extremely popular. They all enjoyed hundreds, maybe even thousands of customers! Now, for real, have you ever seen something like this in Pitesti?

In the future, I hope to maintain this closeness and hospitality. I’m sure that Arges Mall it will be a landmark in the county and in the country for many years to come. It has a great advantage: the location in a very beautiful, relatively secluded area, once forgotten by the world. But, here, with a sustained effort and the desire to do, something of a story comes out! Once the promenade area across the road from Argeș Mall is laid out, it will really be something to dream about.
