Being in an interesting political beauty contest with himself, the interim president of the Neamț Court of Justice, Ion Asaftei, reiterated today the skit in which he comes to the meeting with a project copied head-to-tail from another submitted by the Opposition. Obviously, that (as he did before), he changes a word in the title or an amount, but basically it is still called PLAGIARISM, especially since such specific changes can be made (if they are fair) through amendments submitted to the project basic.
It’s just that the trick behind this puerile practice is a clear one ]in such situations: the heads of such institutions (mayors or presidents of CJ) who have a voting machine behind them use the trick and the majority in a narcissistic way so that to be able to tick off a project initiated and voted head-to-tail by the Opposition.
What a project, and how Asaftei plagiarized today, explains county councilor Laurentiu Crețu: <As we are used to every day, on the “ba pe a matii” principle, PSD Neamț is back in its tracks, abusing the large number of votes it administers within the Neamț County Council!
The group of Liberal County Councillors, through the group leader Valentin Stavarache, initiates a draft decision regarding the approval of an association with the Romanian Municipality in order to carry out works of public interest in the county, regarding “Replacement of external carpentry, restoration of thermal and waterproofing of the terrace roof, installation of an external thermosystem”, within the objective of “Thermal rehabilitation of the specialized outpatient clinic” (Polyclinic) Roman”. The project receives number 127, approval report no. 50/19613(RU)19667/2024, and the specialized report no. 50/22378(RU)22379 is registered on 22.04.2024 and clearly states:
“The draft decision meets the conditions to be subject to debate and approval by the Neamț CJ plenary.”
But surprise! The same project immediately appears (only the amount differs), with number 131, approval report no. 50/22465(RU)22466 and specialist report no. 50/22465(RU)22466, in which the initiator is none other than Asafta’s interim!!! So we have two identical projects, where only the amount differs! That is, the interim, in agreement with the group of PNL councilors, came in second place, because he was more busy with a twinning agreement with the pro-Russians from Dubăsari!
And to put the icing on the cake, my red colleagues from the Budget Committee, all united in thought and feeling, in order to please the interim mayor of the county, voted against the project initiated by PNL Neamț, but they favorably approved the draft resolution, you guessed it, initiated by Asaftei’s boss. Remember, same project!
Because it can!!!>.
Although more than an hour has passed since the message made public by the Opposition councilor, interim president Asaftei has not had any public reaction on this subject. Neither is the Neamț County Council, although there is an entire Communications Office (subordinated to the Directorate of Tourism and Corporate Governance – director Mona Țigănuș).
It has already been about a year since Asaftei held any press conference at the CJ, practically turning the institution into a natural person, just like his predecessor, Ionel Arsene (now a fugitive criminal).
And the last post, from today, on the institution’s Facebook page is about a… book release. The subject of the book refers to war veterans from Neamț and the book release is a subject in which CJ Neamț has no merit.
