Handcuffs were put on five people from Dolj, given in pursuit. Two of them are convicted of attempted murder

During yesterday, April 24, the Dolje policemen carried out an action, at the county level, to detect the persons against whom preventive measures of deprivation of liberty or execution of the prison sentence were ordered. On this occasion, six men were detected, all from Dolj county, for five of them warrants were issued for execution of the prison sentence, and for one a warrant for preventive arrest was issued.

Thus, police officers from the Criminal Investigation Service detected a 54-year-old man from the municipality of Craiova, against whom the court ordered the execution of a two-year prison sentence for committing the crime of bodily harm. The second man, 31 years old, from the commune of Gângiova, was detected by police officers of the 5th Craiova Police Department, and he was sentenced to eight years in prison for committing the crime of attempted murder. A 28-year-old man from the Valea Stanciului commune was also sentenced to eight years in prison for committing the crime of attempted murder, he was caught by the policemen of Section No. 13 of the Segarcea Rural Police. The fourth warrant of execution of the sentence was implemented by the policemen of Section no. 8 of the Rast Rural Police, a 23-year-old man from the Negoi commune, being sentenced to two years and two months in prison for committing the crime of drug trafficking. The fifth man, 25 years old, from the Ostroveni commune, was detected by police officers of the Bechet City Police, and he was sentenced to two years and 11 months in prison for committing the crime of qualified theft. The five were transported to Craiova Penitentiary, where they were deposited for incarceration. Also yesterday, policemen from the Criminal Investigation Service – Prosecution Department, found a 46-year-old man from the Ostroveni commune, on whose name a preventive arrest warrant was issued for committing the crime of drug trafficking. He was introduced to the Detention and Preventive Arrest Center within the Dolj County Police Inspectorate.
