“We firmly reject empty words” –

The vice-president of the Suceava County Council, Niculai Barbă, reacted to the criticisms made by deputy Gheorghe Șoldan during his recent visit to Baia, according to which the county administration would not have provided enough support to the Baia community, because the mayor has a different political color than Gheorghe Flutur. “We firmly reject the empty words, the untruths that you proliferate in the county out of a desire to get votes,” said Niculai Barbă.

After a visit to the commune of Baia, deputy Gheorghe Șoldan sent a critical press release to the current county administration,
because he did not offer enough support to the community of Baia, with the argument that the mayor has a different political color than the president of the County Council.

“I am convinced that, without this campaign, Mr. Șoldan would not even have thought of walking through all the things, where, only this year and in the last period, county roads were modernized. La Baia saw, I think, the road modernized by the Suceava County Council in the fall of last year, which connects the municipality of Fălticeni, a road on which an asphalt carpet was poured. At Vadu Moldovei, in Dumbrăvița, an asphalt carpet was poured. In Roșcani, asphalt carpet was poured these days. In Horodniceni, in Șaru Dornei, in Satu Mare, Grănicești, Forăști, Manolea, in Brodina, work is underway to modernize the roads. Intensive work is being done in Liteni Moara, in Stroiesti, in Todirești, in Ipotești, in Bosanci, in Udești, in Liteni, in Dolhasca, in Stulpicani and in many other things to come, as is done every year, where there is a need to perform sealing works. Nicolae Barbă exemplified some of the modernization works on the county roads. Finally, I also tell you that the Sucevians are people who understand the truth quickly, they know who did what and what everyone did. They will tax imposture, demagoguery and trickery. We firmly reject the empty words, the untruths that you proliferate in the county out of the desire to get votes”, concluded the vice-president of the Suceava County Council.
