Two trains canceled by CFR in Prahova. The decision affects many commuters

--

Starting from May 1, CFR Călători cancels two trains on the Buzău-Brazi route and return. These are trains 5074 and 5073.

In the stations along the route of these races, notices have already been posted regarding their cancellation between May 1 and June 30.

The CFR decision affects many commuters who are employees of the Petrobrazi and Petrotel refineries, as well as other companies on the Ploiești industrial platform.

So far CFR has not offered an explanation for the measure of canceling trains.

We remind you that such decisions were taken in several areas of the country, including Brașov, Iași or Craiova.

According to Știrilor Pro TV, CFR Călători representatives claim that it is only about trains that run more empty and thus want to reduce losses.

The unions claim, however, that we lack locomotive drivers, and the management of the institution would no longer want to pay overtime.
