A 9th grade student from the “Ioan Bojor” High School in Reghin was transported to the hospital on Wednesday, April 3, after he was assaulted during a break by several 12th grade students.
The case was reported to us, after 12:00, by a family member, shortly after the incident occurred.
“They also kicked him, until they left him unconscious,” he claimed.
The incident was confirmed by Prof. Claudia Negoiță, director of the educational unit, who specified that in this case the Reghin Municipality Police was notified.

UPDATE 1: Criminal file prepared by the Police
During the same day, the press office of the Mureș County Police Inspectorate communicated the following: “On April 3, 2024, the Reghin Municipality Police was notified, by the representatives of a hospital unit, regarding the fact that a young man, 16 years, from Reghin, was the victim of an assault. From the first investigations carried out, the police determined that, today, April 3, the victim was assaulted by four young men, while he was in the break between classes. In the case, a criminal file was drawn up under the aspect of committing the crime of hitting or other violence, the investigations being continued for the exact establishment of all the circumstances in which the incident took place and the taking of legal measures.”
