The Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, Radu Ştefan Oprea, said, on Wednesday, in the plenary session of the Senate, that the Romanian drone project is one that he believes in and several Romanian companies already have highly performing products.

Oprea said that he has great confidence in the Romanian drone.
“About the Romanian drone, yes, it is a project I believe in. It is a project in which we have identified many Romanian companies that already have very high-performance products, and together with MApN and the Ministry of Research and Innovation, we will succeed in bringing this Romanian drone project much closer”, said Radu Ştefan Oprea in the Senate plenary.
The Minister of Economy said that he has already discussed with the Ministers of Defense and Research, Angel Tâlvăr and Bogdan Ivan, and he is convinced that “we can make this project a reality in Romania”.
