The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued the weather forecast for April 3. The weather will be warm throughout the country. Temperatures will be slightly above normal for this time of year in most of the country. The maximum temperatures will be between 15 and 23 degrees, and the minimum will be between 3 and 11 degrees, with lower values both during the day and at night, in the depressions in eastern Transylvania.
The sky will be temporarily cloudy and it will rain locally, during the day in the mountainous and submontane areas, and at night in the western and northwestern regions, and in the rest of the territory light rains will be isolated; there will be mostly showers, there will be possible electrical discharges in small areas, and there will also be mixed precipitation at very high altitudes in the mountains. The wind will decrease compared to the previous interval, however it will intensify during the day in the mountains, especially in the Eastern Carpathians, with gusts of 70…90 km/h, but locally in the north, northeast and center and on small areas, transient, and in the rest of the country, with speeds generally of 45…50 km/h.

The weather will remain warmer than usual in the first decade of April. The sky will be variable, with some clouds in the second part of the interval. The wind will be moderate during the day and light during the night. The maximum temperature will be around 22 degrees, and the minimum will be 6…9 degrees.

The rainfall regime will be slightly excessive in the northern half of the country, and in the rest it will be generally close to normal for this period.
