A family from Olt county whose house was destroyed by fire and nine people with poor health or in difficult situations received emergency aid. The total sum amounts to 44,500 lei.
The government recently granted emergency aid in the total amount of 1,762,600 lei to support a total number of 445 families and single persons who are in emergency situations caused by fires, dangerous meteorological phenomena or in special situations determined by the state of health or other causes that can lead to an increase in the risk of social exclusion, in order to improve their socio-material, housing and health situation. The payment of emergency aid is ensured from the approved budget for the year 2024, of the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity.
In Olt county, emergency funds were granted to 10 beneficiaries, the total amount being 44,500 lei.
Among the beneficiaries in situations of necessity caused by fires that affected both homes, household annexes, and durable goods, the respective families facing socio-material and housing problems, some of them also having health problems, the reason why they are unable to repair their homes from their own income is a family from Pîrscoveni commune, which was allocated an aid in the amount of 7,000 lei.
Among the 362 families and single persons who face special situations determined by the state of health or other causes that can lead to the emergence or increase of the risk of social exclusion and require emergency aid, to whom money has been allocated, are and 9 beneficiaries from Olt County, from:

- Mortgages, 4,000 lei
- Stoicănești, 4,000 lei
- Slatina, 2,000 lei
- Sinești village, Potcoava city, 4,000 lei
- Caracal, 5,000 lei
- Rodomirești, 4,000 lei
- Caracal, 10,000 lei
- The ship, 1,500 lei.
