A man from Alba Iulia who beat three neighbors and caused a scandal in the staircase of an apartment block, sent to court

A man from Alba Iulia who beat three neighbors was sent to court. Although the facts happened in the fall of 2022, a summons came in April of 2024.

The case passed the preliminary chamber measures and exceptions stage on April 2.

He will be tried by the magistrates of the Alba Iulia Court for disturbing the peace and public order.

The man in question caused a scandal in the block staircase and assaulted several people.

What will he be judged for?

The scandal happened on September 20, 2022, around 2:30 p.m., in the staircase of block 3A3. Then he assaulted the three people, but also caused a scandal that disturbed all the neighbors.

One of the people beaten by him needed almost 50 days of medical care. Only 3 days of medical care remain, the magistrates noted.

The incident was filmed by a woman, and the video images became part of the file, the judges also noted.

At the moment, the file has not received a first court date.
