A 21-year-old man from Gorj died on Tuesday after he overturned with a tractor.
“Around 17.45 we were requested to intervene in a forest in Bolboși commune, Ohaba Jiu village, to rescue a person whose tractor he was driving overturned.
In order to manage the emergency situation, extrication crews and a SMURD crew from ISU Gorj, as well as a crew from the Gorj County Ambulance Service went to the scene and found that the tractor and trailer assembly overturned and he surprised the man who was unconscious and without vital signs.
Unfortunately, despite the efforts made by the medical crews, nothing could be done to save the 21-year-old man.
Our colleagues intervened to extract the victim, and the case was taken over by colleagues from IPJ Gorj to accurately establish the circumstances in which the tragic event occurred”, said Florin Chisim, spokesperson of ISU Gorj.
