Arges. He got behind the wheel under the influence of alcohol and crashed his car into an information board

On April 1, the policemen from the Mioveni City Police acted within their competence, to prevent and combat street crime, acts involving acts of violence, but also to increase the degree of road safety.

As a result of the actions, the law enforcement officers applied 35 contraventional sanctions, totaling 7,600 lei.

Among those sanctioned is a 31-year-old man from Ștefăneşti who caused havoc in traffic.

While he was on the radius of the Mioveni town, the young man adopted an aggressive driving behavior, making a controlled skid, lost control over the direction and crashed his car into an information board.

Moreover, after testing with the breathalyzer, the law enforcement officers found that he was under the influence of alcohol, the result indicating the value of 0.21 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

Following his feat, the young man from Ștefăneşti was fined 1,485 lei, and his driver’s license was suspended for 150 days.
