Marius Gal is accused of brokering a contract for protective equipment against COVID-19. At that time, when he was a parliamentary adviser of PSD Cluj, he allegedly had a connection with a businessman to whom he had promised that he would intervene so that a state company would purchase protective equipment against COVID-19 from his company.
