Hidroelectrica sends notices of changes to contractual conditions, for those whose contracts expire in the immediate period, advancing an electricity price of 0.28382 lei/kWh for the next 12 months, according to Profit.ro data.
Listed last year on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Hidroelectrica distributes a dividend with a yield of 10%.
The Directorate of Hidroelectrica (H2O) convened the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for April 29, including a proposal for the distribution of the amount of 6.29 billion lei in the form of dividends. From this, 5.04 billion lei would go to the state budget on account of the 80.05% participation in shares held by the Romanian state through the Ministry of Energy. The rest of up to 1.25 billion euros will go to investors’ portfolios on the stock exchange, where domestic capital has the preemption.
The gross dividend with payment date June 28 is 13.99 lei/share. Calculated on a net basis and related to the last closing price from BVB, of 128.00 lei/share, of Hidroelectrica’s securities, it gives shareholders a return of 10.06%.
