Repair work on a pavilion located in the barracks of Alba Carolina Citadel. A pavilion located in Barracks 510 in Citadel Alba Carolina is about to undergo repairs. It is about pavilion A – food block, under the administration of UM 01684.

The Ministry of National Defense, through UM 02032 Cluj-Napoca, launched on March 29, in SEAP, a tender for current repair works in several military units in the country. Among them is UM 01684 from Alba Iulia, respectively pavilion A – food block from Cetatea Alba Carolina.

The estimated value of the works is 579,509.11 lei, without VAT.

According to the documentation, Pavilion A in barracks 510 Alba Iulia, under the administration of UM 01684, has a P+1E height regime with a load-bearing masonry structure.

The works will include, among others:

Interior construction works

• Removing ceramic tiles and paneling from the walls;
• Restoration of local interior plastering;
• Installation of ceramic tiles, tiles and tiling;
• Scraping the surfaces related to the walls and ceilings and restoring the finishes, smooth and washable;
• Replacement of plastic doors and windows;
• Plaster repairs around the heels, including plastering and painting;
• Primer application to mosaic floors;
• Application of leveling screed to floors;
• Applying cementitious epoxy floors to the floor;
• Application of epoxy floors with floor chips;
• Application of wall paints based on two-component epoxy resin;
• Epoxy mortar plinths, same finish as the floor.

Installations using natural gas:

• pipe dismantling;
• replacement of pipe supports;
• installation of black pipe distribution pipes for gas;
• mounting fittings, natural gas detectors and mon. of carbon, electrovalves and acc. on pipes;
• burner replacement with automation, start-up and flame monitoring for 3 terracotta stoves;
• execution of non-blockable air intakes;
• painters with primer and oil paint on pipes and fittings;
• performance of pressure sealing test;
• resistance test and regimen;

• replacement of electrical installations;
• electrical panel replacement;
• replacement of automatic fuses;
• replacement of lighting fixtures;
• installation of equipment;

• dismantling of old sewage, cold water, hot water installations;
• replacement of sewage system;
• installation of cleaning parts at the sewer columns and direction flaps at the record chimneys;
• replacement of cold water installation;
• hot water installation replacement, boiler installation;
• installation of shut-off valves;
• installation of toilet bowl with tank at half height;
• mounting a sink on a furniture and marble top;
• installation of shower and sink taps;
• installation of mirrors, glass screens;
• replacing floor siphons;
• sample verification of sanitary installations;

The deadline for execution is a maximum of 120 calendar days from the receipt of the order to start the works.
