On March 29, at around 6 p.m., in the town of Mohu, the policemen of the Şelimbăr Rural Police Department stopped for control a tractor driven by a 43-year-old local man on the Main Street.
From the checks carried out by the police, it emerged that the tractor is unregistered, and the man does not have a driver’s license issued for any category of vehicle. Also, the breathalyzer test of the driver indicated a result of 0.82 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air, the IPJ Sibiu representatives reported on Monday.
In the case, a criminal investigation file was drawn up regarding the commission of the offenses of driving without a license, driving under the influence of alcohol, respectively driving an unregistered or unregistered vehicle on public roads.
